Born and raised in Gatlinburg, David Dixon grew up just across the street from Pi Beta Phi Elementary School, where he attended as a child. His roots in the community run deep, having spent his early years in a modest home adjoining the Motel his father, Doyle Dixon, managed for over forty years. When David wasn’t welcoming guests at the Motel, he was helping his mother, Bobby Montgomery, in her downtown deli. This strong foundation in the tourism industry fueled his passion for real estate, leading him to begin his career in 1994. With nearly three decades of experience, David is a seasoned expert in commercial real estate and developments. He has been happily married for 26 years to his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, and they have two wonderful daughters, Kathryn and Xristina.
